At AIO COMPUTER ZONE, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality education, services, and digital products. We understand that circumstances may vary, and therefore, we have developed a detailed refund policy to ensure that all transactions are fair and transparent. Please read our refund policy carefully to fully understand our procedures:


Franchise Fee:-

The franchise fee paid to open a computer training center with AIO COMPUTER ZONE is a significant investment, and we understand that you need to be fully informed before making your decision. Refunds for the franchise fee will only be considered before the AIO COMPUTER ZONE team has initiated the processing of your franchise application.


Once our team has undertaken the necessary steps such as reviewing your application, initial discussions, site evaluation (if applicable), and drafting the franchise agreement, a refund of the franchise fee will not be granted. These steps involve a significant investment of our time, resources, and expertise dedicated to guiding you into the AIO COMPUTER ZONE family.

If you change your mind after signing the franchise agreement, the franchise fee will not be refunded as it represents our commitment to a legally binding agreement.


Online Computer/Technology Course Fees: For our online computer or technology courses, we understand that you may want to evaluate the course content after enrolling. Therefore, a refund may be considered within 7 days of joining the course. This allows you sufficient time to assess if the course meets your learning needs and expectations. The request for a refund within this period must be made in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund. After the 7-day period has expired, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the course content and structure, and a refund will not be granted.


Digital Products (PDF, Word, PPT Files):-

No refunds will be issued for the purchase of digital products such as PDF, Word, or PPT files related to computer or technology courses and notes. This policy is due to the nature of digital products, which can be accessed and downloaded immediately upon purchase.


Once you have downloaded a digital file, it becomes impossible for us to verify that you have not made copies or utilized the content. This is a standard industry practice to protect our intellectual property and prevent the misuse of digital products. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the purchase of digital products. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and any available previews before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets your requirements.


In summary, our refund policy is as follows:

Franchise Fee: Refundable only before the franchise process is initiated.

Online Computer Course Fees: Refundable within 7 days of joining, upon written request.

Digital Products (Downloadable Files): Non-refundable.


By engaging with AIO COMPUTER ZONE's services and purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this detailed refund policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchases or enrollments. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to ensure your satisfaction 1 and a positive learning experience. 

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+f332589b024b4d57a3191f9bd781af78@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
